• By contracting SIDING SOLUTIONS to provide an Installation Certification Inspections you can be assured of a proper installation that conforms with the manufacturer's warranty specifications.
• SIDING SOLUTIONS will provide a compliance punch list with any deficiencies listed for correction or completion and then we will re-inspect to ensure that the corrections have been executed. As THIRD PARTY INSPECTORS we are in a position to compel your sub-contractors to keep up with their pick-up work while leaving your relationship with your subs intact.

• For the homeowner:A Certificate of Compliant Installationaccording to manufacturer's specification and a form specifying what type of siding, when it was installed and name of installer.  And above all else:  And the Peace of mind  that their new siding job was installed properly and is warranty compliant.
• For your company:   A Certificate of Compliant Installation according to manufacturer's specifications, a checklist of the 31 items our inspectors look for, and a letter of compliance that specifies your company followed the specific guidelines.

Price for this service: $350.00

Providing a "Certificate of Compliance" from SIDING SOLUTIONS with the manufacturer's warranty you will have provided your customers with the tools needed to pursue warranty claims with the manufacturer should problems arise.  And you can stay out of it.
